| ABOUT
The
Club was established in about 1995 by a group
of local and visiting fishermen, who wanted a
place to get together and discuss the 'fish that
got away', as well as a central point for competitions.
It has now grown and is a regular gathering place
for the locals.

The
large hall contains a bar and
kitchen, pool tables, dart board, table tennis,
indoor bowls, 2 TVs and a big screen, as well
as a stage which has seen many
successful music events, the latest being Afrikantri,
which attracted people from all over the country.
There is also an enclosed braai area behind the
main building.
The club
is open Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Angling
Competitions
are held between members as well as against other
clubs. Other clubs are welcome to contact

sports events can be catered for outside these

Tuesday
evening from 17:00 till late is games
evening, and the locals flock to the Club to battle
it out. À la carte menu.
On a Sunday
the Club is open from 11:30 to 16:00, or later, depending on what
sport is showing. A three-course cooked lunch
is served.
