MINUTES OF THE 2005 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE PEARLY BEACH RATEPAYERS' ASSOCIATION, HELD AT 10:00 ON 25 FEBRUARY 2006 IN THE DUTCH REFORMED CHURCH HALL PEARLY BEACH.

3. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: The minutes of the 2004 Annual General Meeting which was held on 5 March 2004 had been circulated to all members. Ron Pedersen proposed the acceptance of the minutes: this was seconded by Pam Kent.     <<Back

4. ANNUAL REPORT: The Chairperson Linda Harris delivered the annual report and the meeting confirmed the Pearly Beach budget priorities for 2006/7. The annual report including the financial report is annexured to and forms part of these minutes.    <<Back

5. DISCUSSIONS: During the discussions Councillor Pieter Scholtz answered several questions which arose from the floor. The following points would be followed up:

The following 2006 management committee was elected.
